Galaz Bibbs
Founder
Galaz Bibbs is a passionate marketing and PR specialist, nonprofit founder, and advocate for youth empowerment. As the oldest girl of seven, raised by a single mother battling MS, she learned resilience, leadership, and the power of community from an early age.
Driven by a deep desire to make a difference, Galaz founded the Bibbs Foundation to help level the playing field for students facing adversity. She believes every young person deserves guidance, resources, and a strong support system to navigate life’s challenges. Through mentorship, education, and community-building, she works to instill confidence and the belief that anything is possible.
Lydell S. Carmicheal
Chief Executive Officer
A trailblazing force for change, Lydell S. Carmichael is a fearless advocate and dynamic leader with 15 years of experience driving policy reform, economic empowerment, and social justice in underserved communities. As a seasoned community activist and strategist, he is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers and championing initiatives that foster resilience, equity, and opportunity for individuals, families, and communities.
Armed with a Master of Social Work (Macro) specializing in Community, Policy, and Leadership, Lydell merges innovation with action, ensuring impactful change at both grassroots and policy levels. His relentless commitment to progress extends into his role as a victim advocate, where he continues to push for transformative solutions that uplift and empower.


Tiffany Hosein
Board Member/ Program Coordinator
A visionary and trailblazer, Tiffany Hosein is a force of inspiration and excellence. A proud 2019 University of West Georgia graduate, she pushed beyond limits to achieve her dreams, earning her credentials as a Sonography Echo professional in 2023.
More than her accomplishments, Tiffany is a beacon of light--passionate about uplifting every space she enters and igniting hope in the hearts of youth. With an unwavering drive to elevate, empower, and inspire, she is not just shaping her future- she's transforming the world around her.
